My journey into franchising began when I was the Vice President of US Operations for an international education company, tasked with managing turnaround efforts for struggling franchise stores across America. Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by franchisees, many of whom had invested their life savings and still failed—often due to circumstances beyond their control—initially soured my view on franchising. Despite this, the persistent requests to franchise Gigglewaters led me to reconsider and aim to create a more supportive and strategic franchising model that prioritizes franchisees’ success and alignment with our core values.

Now, as we introduce Gigglewaters to franchising, we bring not only a successful six-year-old business model but also a wealth of experience from our leadership team, including insights from my father, Frank Fine, a seasoned veteran in managing restaurants and hotels. Together, we are redefining the franchising experience, focusing on creating a community-centered brand that stands out for its authenticity, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.
